From the initial telephone call to submitting insurance documents, our team relieves you of time-consuming tasks associated with coordinating air ambulance service, allowing you to focus on your patients. Every day, and around the globe our flight coordination department arranges air and ground medical transportation. We are experienced in getting foreign airports opened at any time of day or night and are experts in finding the closest airport to rural or remote locations.

What we do:
- Coordinate the entire air ambulance transport including ground ambulance service at both ends.
- Arrange a bed and a receiving physician at the receiving hospital.
- Arrange all necessary customs and immigration permits for international flights.
- Communicate directly with all parties involved including family members.
- Contact the patient’s insurance company and submit claim.
- Update all parties involved throughout the air ambulance transport.
- Global repatriation of Critical and non-critical patients
- Domestic Inter-facility air ambulance service.
- Specialty Teams including neonatal.
- Immediate Access to Flight physicians if the patient condition requires.
- Commercial medical escorts: For patients able to fly commercially, our highly-trained Medical staff accompanies your loved one as they are transported via special arrangements on a commercial jetliner.
- Oxygen Concentrators on board Commercial Airliners: We carry FAA/TSA approved oxygen concentrators if your patient requires oxygen while travelling on a commercial airliner.
- We can depart within 90 minutes to any patient, including cardiac, respiratory, trauma, burn, neurological, surgical, medical and pediatric patients.
