Air Ambulance Customer Service

Jet Rescue Air Ambulance has one of the most sophisticated call centers in the industry with several Customer Service Agents ready to assist you at any given time. Our Mission Control Center will assist you with any aspect of the air ambulance transport that requires attention, including (but not limited to):

• Obtaining medical reports and translations.
• Preflight Medical Clearance.
• Admission of the patient at an appropriate hospital.(Including finding a Doctor confirming bed availability).
• Organizing the return of luggage left behind that does not fit in the air ambulance.(Prior Payment arrangements need to be done.)
• Setting up commercial flights for additional travel companions that do not fit in the air ambulance.
• Setting up conference calls with third parties involved, banks, doctors or whomever else you need before the air ambulance transport takes place
